Newly refurbished the apartment is attached to our finca. The entrance is via full length glass sliding doors from the front patio that lead into the sitting room.

The kitchen is fully equipped with full size electric fan oven, gas hob, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster etc.
There are two bedrooms - one has a double bed and the other two single beds. Both rooms have a pine wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets.
The bathroom has a full size bath/shower, wash basin and wc. There is a shaver socket and hair dryer.
Exterior
The apartment has outdoor dining furniture & parasol - what better way to start the day than breakfast on the patio with fresh bread from the village bakery. Depending on the season our fruit trees will provide cherries, figs, apricots. plums or apples. There is a charcoal barbecue.
The large roof terrace is perfect for soaking up the sun or relaxing with a good book.
Pratdip has two municipal outdoor swimming pools. One is in the village and the other a few minutes drive down the hill. Both pools are open from mid June to mid September.
We have a small pool 7mtrs x 4mtrs max and the depth ranges from 1.10mtrs to 1.50mtrs.
